Public offer
This document is a public offer by self-employed individual Valeriy Mikhailovich Popov (INN 220910861433) to enter into a service agreement on the terms below. Acceptance is registration on the site and/or payment for a plan or pack. The legally binding Russian version is at /ru/offer.
1. Parties and service
The Provider operates the GameForge / LocForge online service at gameforge.website (AI game-dev tools, localization word packs, and related features). The Customer is any person who accepts this offer.
2. Fees and payment
Prices are shown on the site in Russian rubles. Payments are processed by YuKassa. Subscriptions and one-time LocForge word packs are described on the pricing pages.
3. Access and limits
Paid plans and packs grant the stated quotas for the relevant period. AI outputs are provided as-is; the Customer is responsible for reviewing generated content before production use.
4. Refunds
Digital access is considered delivered when paid quotas become available. Refund requests: valera7623@gmail.com (include account email and YuKassa payment id).
